Why We Built a Business Around Travel
There are very few working mold detection dogs in Florida, and most homeowners don't live near one. If you searched for a mold detection dog near you and found nothing, that is normal. So we made travel part of the service. We are based in Orlando, and the handler and the dog cover the entire state.
Travel is built into every quote. You will never see a separate travel fee added after the fact, and the number we quote you is the number you pay.
How Scheduling Works by Region
Around Orlando, we can often schedule within days, because there is no travel day to plan. The I-4 corridor, from Tampa and St. Petersburg through Lakeland to Daytona Beach, is the road we drive most, and those cities book almost as easily. The coasts, from Jacksonville down to Miami and from Sarasota down to Naples, are regular runs. North Florida visits, including Tallahassee and Gainesville, are planned routes, so those dates sit a little further out.
When we travel to a region, we try to schedule nearby jobs on the same trip. If you are flexible on dates, say so in the request form, and your sweep may get scheduled sooner as part of an existing route.

Do you charge extra for travel?
No. Travel is part of how this business works, so it is built into the quote you approve before we come out. There is no mileage line item and no surprise on the invoice.
How far will you travel?
Anywhere in Florida, from Pensacola to Key West. If you are outside Florida, send the request form anyway and ask. We will give you a straight answer about whether the trip makes sense.
How soon can you reach my city?
It depends on the region, and your quote will come with an honest date, not an optimistic one. Orlando and the I-4 corridor are fastest. The coasts are regular runs. North Florida is a planned route. If the situation is urgent, say so in the form and we will tell you the soonest date we can do.
